In the midst of ongoing turmoil and tragedy around the world, sustaining hope can feel difficult. As St. Francis reminds us, “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” This reflection day invites participants to consider how hope endures even in dark times. Through scripture, song, and contemplative reflection, we will explore how those who came before us in faith preserved that inner light and persevered through profound challenge. There will be ample time for quiet reflection. Please bring your own lunch. Doors open at 9:30AM. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while also supporting our program facilitators and covering essential costs. Standard Programs: Refunds are available if you either cancel your booking via our website or notify us in writing (info@francisspctr.com) 11 days or more before the program’s published start date. Please include your name, program name, and contact information. Special Programs: Some offerings—such as overnight retreats, off-site events, or programs involving outside vendors—may have stricter cancellation deadlines. These will be noted in the program description. Center Cancellations: If the Franciscan Spiritual Center must cancel a program, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
