Experience a nourishing retreat for women in every season of motherhood—from pregnancy and early parenting to the empty nest and beyond. Together, we will explore the meaning and spiritual depth of “Mother,” reflecting on how this role shapes our lives, our families, and the wider world. Through prayer, personal reflection, and honest conversation, participants will be invited into a space of connection, support, and shared experience. With room for both laughter and vulnerability, this retreat honors the dignity of motherhood and its quiet, powerful role in bringing greater compassion and unity into the world. Tara Ludwig of The Wind Rose Collaborative is a spiritual director and retreat leader. She leads retreats that engage spiritual themes with honesty, depth, and a grounded, approachable style. Tara is a wife and mother of three. Her family homeschools and spends much of their time outdoors. She also enjoys good food, jigsaw puzzles, British mysteries, and time at the beach. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while also supporting our program facilitators and covering essential costs. Standard Programs: Refunds are available if you either cancel your booking via our website or notify us in writing (info@francisspctr.com) 11 days or more before the program’s published start date. Please include your name, program name, and contact information. Special Programs: Some offerings—such as overnight retreats, off-site events, or programs involving outside vendors—may have stricter cancellation deadlines. These will be noted in the program description. Center Cancellations: If the Franciscan Spiritual Center must cancel a program, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
