What you will learn: The benefits of meditation. A very brief history of meditation. Mis-perceptions about meditation. The basics of meditation. Different ways to meditate. Strategies for continuing your meditation practice when the going gets hard. What we will do: Discuss meditation and meditate together. What to bring: Comfortable clothes. Drinking water. An open mind. We will be sitting on chairs. We have a few cushions and kneeler benches if you prefer to be on the floor. You can also bring your own cushion or bench.
