T'ai Chi Chih

Practice the basics of T'ai Chi Chih, a simple and enjoyable form of moving meditation that fosters balance, flexibility, circulation of energy, improves blood pressure and overall health and inner peace. For beginners and beginners+. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
